This is the message I receive which mentions reinstalling via Origin

If you are using the EA app, you can try restarting your PC.

I know that it's the EA app now, and that's the problem. It always worked perfectly when it was Origin. I'm trying to launch from the EA app and it won't. 

I have restarted my PC previously, but that doesn't work. 

If you have any mods or custom content, you can try removing them and then try booting into the game.

I don't have any.
