So recently, I just purchased the Sims 4 and when I went to download it... It kept saying a free trial and that I had two days to play and I can buy the real thing later but I bought this out of the store so how can I get the full game without buying it on origin? Because I actually have the CD and the code but it didn't ask for the code
If you bought it on DVD just insert the DVD and run setup. If you do not have a DVD drive Open Origin and login to your account. Then click Origin in the menu and select Redeem code. Type in the code you got with the DVD and the game will start to download. If it doesn't contact support https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/?product=the-sims-4&platform=pc&category=technical-support and ask them to remove the trial from your account.
