Sims 4 wont let me go online

HELP! When I click go online on the min menu, it just says could not connect. It doesn't matter how many times are press try gain, it still wont work. Please respond thank you.

    For me (Switzerland) it's also still happening

    Gallery works but the main menu says I'm offline and I can't connect. 

    Don't really have a solution atm but the more data we can give EA, the better.
