Yeah, believe your issue is different.
Could you also whitelist origin.exe on your firewall/antivirus.
If that fails, I would contact a game advisor to see if everything is ok with your account
Game advisors can be found through live chat or call-back

- Click on the orange NEXT button
- Select a platform
- Click on the orange NEXT button
- Select a topic and describe your problem in a few words
- Click on the orange NEXT button
