@vampyxangel What antivirus do you use? If you don't have a third-party program installed, is Controlled Folder Access enabled, and does it help to disable it? The idea here would be that an antivirus or Windows Defender is flagging your mods and that disabling it or setting exceptions for Sims 4 and the EA App could help. You can find instructions for setting exceptions in a few programs, and a link to a guide for Controlled Folder Access, here:

TS4.exe runs the old 32-bit version of Sims 4, and now the Legacy Edition, which I'm guessing you don't want if you'd like to play with any content released after October 2019. If you haven't restored TS4_x64.exe, which runs the standard version of Sims 4, you can repair the game in the EA App to create a new one.
I don't have any anti virus installed,, my computer only came with windows defender. on my windows defender it says there are zero threats and that nothing is blocked. It's definatly not flagging any mods because the game refuses to load on a fresh install with no mods in it.
Yeah I already restored my game thanks, I just wanted to explain what I had tried because alot of "solutions" on the forums do not work.

@vampyxangel Does Sims 4 open now if you've set it to not run with admin rights? I thought that was working, albeit without most of your mods loading, but let me know if that's changed.
