Re: [CURRENT ISSUE] Sims 4 Unable to Start, Already Running

I just updated the EA app and it won't let me launch the Sims 4 anymore. It says that the game is already running. I have restarted my computer, removed save and mod files, and did a game repair but nothing is working. It wouldn't even let me send in an error report through the app. Please help :(

    I just saw something that said remove your saves file, as in put it in your desktop (Documents -> electronic arts ->The sims 4) and it worked for me!!
