Was gonna torrent your game then decided it might run better because of your own DRM software if i was to buy it directly from you guys...
So i spent the $60 or whatever it was and installed it and now im sitting here with a game that won't open no matter what i do. So before i ask for a refund if that's even possible are there any fixes at the moment for this kind of problem?
It's Thanksgiving Day and Origin has a message that due to this, wait times may be longer.

Here are some suggestions/questions I have for you. Will it not go online? Have you logged into Origin first? (You don't need to be online for that but it will ask you to login. You get a popup window.)
Have you tried to restart your computer? Is your wifi working with the computer (sometimes mine goes crazy and doesn't sync with my wifi and the computer needs to be rebooted.)
