sims 4 wont work with mods

@abbynevitt1  Just to make sure, are you downloading a mod that is compatible with patch 1.77 and also does not require any content you don't have installed?  For example, a mod that affects pets might not work if Cats & Dogs isn't installed.  You could try the newest version of MCCC; that should work fine on any fully updated game.

Otherwise, please clear Origin's cache:

and repair the game: open your Origin game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, and select Repair.
