does the sims 4 have pools or only the deluxe edition ?

The Outdoor Retreat game pack is compatible with both the Standard Edition and Deluxe Edition of The Sims 4 base game. Also, the pools were included within a patch update and therefore are available with both editions of the base game - you just need to make sure your game is up-to-date.
