Do you use any mods or cc?
Yes, but i removed them from my game to see if that was the problem and it still happened. I also tried repairing the game through origin and restarting my computer but that didn't work.

Your graphics are below minimum requirements. It has 112 MB dedicated memory where 128 MB are required. Did you buy Cats & Dogs or Jungle Adventure? These have higher requirements than the base game. Your graphics drivers are very old. Upgrading these may help. https://downloadcenter.intel.com/
Make sure that Graphics in the Sims 4 is set to low and choose Laptop mode in Game settings.
