Sims 4

My sims 4 wouldn’t load my world. It is stuck in the screen with the green gem thing. It’s not frozen but it won’t load my game. So I went back to my desktop and I tried to close the tab and it won’t...

    @lexi030507  The first thing to do is to force the game to quit.  Does your computer run Windows or macOS?  (Let me know either way.)  In Windows, hit crtl-alt-delete, or right-click on the Taskbar at the bottom of your screen, select Task Manager, click on Sims 4 on the list, and click End Task.  In macOS, hit cmd-optn-esc, click on Sims 4, and Force Quit.
