Summarize your bug Thanks to your pointless Update, my game won't even start. At first it would load my household as greeted out and frozen and now it's freezing on the loading screen. What on earth did your update do to my game? I've removed the mods and now it won't even load. I just want to play my game in peace, not waste hours of my time figuring out why it won't even launch past the loading screen? How exactly do I fix this? Your updates KEEP GLITCHING THE GAME.

What happens when the bug occurs? Nothing, it's frozen
What do you expect to see? To start my game as normal but your latest update has ruined everything!
Indefinite loading
@12344321aaa As a test, please try playing in a clean user folder. Move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop, and when you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content. (Your saves and other content will be intact in the folder you moved but temporarily not read by the game.) Don't add anything to the new folder yet; just let me know whether you can get far enough to start a new save and play in live mode for a bit.
