Sims 4

Product: The Sims 4 Platform:PC Which language are you playing the game in? English How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%) What is your current game version number? 1.109.207.1020 DX11 ...

Hi! If you mean literally changing the sims 4 name from the folder I did, and it seemed to work a little, until I went to change the lot. Now it’s frozen on this again, I can slide the slider but it doesn’t change anything.

@esnika are you using any background programs with an overlay ? Like Discord ?

    No, playing the sims with the EA app is also literally the only thing I use the laptop for.. It always worked fine (a little laggy) until this update.

      Could you post your Computer's DxDiag?

      - Press Windows-Key + R
      - Type: DxDiag
      - Click on Save all Information.
      - Attach the Text File to your post
