Sims 4

I wanted to play my Sims 4 game today after work and when I did, I noticed some lagging then it froze and then it crashed so I had to control alt delete to force stop it. I tried again just now I was able to play it for maybe 15 minutes before I noticed the sims are pixelated and then when I traveled to Willow Creek so I can play the back to the future goaled piece of the game. It didn't even load before it crashed. Please fix this. I love the sims and want to continue playing but I can't because I know it will just crash and I will lose out on a lot of work.

    CorgiMad  If you see another graphical glitch, please post a screenshot or photo of it.  Let me know whether the computer's screenshot function (Windows key-S) captures the issue as well.

    Either way, please also provide a dxdiag.  Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
