Sims are still with underwear while naked

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.51.77.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Cats and Dogs, Seasons, Get Together, Vampires, Parenthood, Laundry Day.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Sending Sims to shower/bathtub or puting them to get naked
What happens when the bug occurs? The underwear still appears under the mosaic
What do you expect to see? No underwear under the mosaic
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

It only happens with male Sims, but not all of them.

The bug is happening in different saves and households.

I use skin mods, outfit mods, MC Command Center and UI Cheats Extension, and some other Mods.

I've removed initially only the outfit/skin ones, but the bug was still happening. Being with or without NoMosaic didn't affect anything.

Then, I've disabled all the mods/scripts trough game, then restarted it, but it still happens.

The game was repaired on Origin twice.
