Sims cant be found anymore and ive tried everything

Question

Okay so i have the game on disk and it disappeared on my Laptop and the product code isn't working as in trying to reinstall the game again and im getting really upset and frustrated that i wont be able to play the Sims 4 again. so please help me, it will make my day oh and also my costom content isnt working either when i uodate the game.&nbsp;

then you need to contact support but do make sure you logged in with the same email address you have registered the game in the first place.
