Sims4 updates

I have been trying for the longest to get my game to work properly and not lag.  finally, i have achieved that, so for the past months my game was working perfect no freezing or lagging. until this last update.  now my game shows a white screen when loading and it's freezing again very badly.  this literally started happening minutes after the new update.   im so upset on why it has to be so many updates so close together that affects gameplay.
