@Pterodactylsftw Thanks for the dxdiag, which doesn't completely explain the crashes but shows a few possible problems. First, please set your monitors to run at no more than 120 Hz. Sims 4 used to have the occasional issue with monitors running at 165 Hz or above, and while I haven't seen that in a while, 360 or even 240 Hz might be too much. Please also set the Max Frame Rate in the Nvidia Control Panel to match the new monitor setting. Set it overall or for TS4_DX9_x64.exe, whichever you prefer.
If that doesn't help, please disconnect any unnecessary peripherals: microphone, controller, really anything that isn't your mouse and keyboard. Even the headphones should go for at least one test. You can use the built-in speakers, or even test with the sound off entirely. If this does help, you can reintroduce the peripherals one or two at a time.
If that doesn't help either, please let me know what you mean when you say you tried different RAM options. Does that mean different physical modules, or different speeds for a single set, or pulling one stick at a time?
Please also let me know whether OneDrive is running on this computer, even if you never use it, and whether pausing syncing helps. Right-click the cloud icon in the lower-right corner of the screen to see the option.
