Steps: how can we find the bug ourselves? A pop-up at Games start up shows Sims delivery error
What happens when the bug occurs? As soon as I load the game it shows Sims delivery error and unable to download
What are you back to see? My game back to normal and able to download The Sims delivery items
Have I any customisation with the game e.g. custom content on mods? No I haven't moved them all.
Does this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made the system? No it happened after the Sims delivery pack was added to the game.
@Kayla-nova Either rename the Sims 4 folder in Documents\Electronic Arts to something else (it can even be "The Sims 4 old," just whatever you want), or move the folder to your desktop. The game won't be able to find the folder whether it's removed or named and will therefore spawn a new folder in its place, one with no content. The point is to see whether you get the same error in the new folder and then go from there.
