Sims Delivery not in game

Question

Hello, The new sims delivery items didn't show up in my cas or I can't see the items and I've tried to restart it a few times and repaired and restore default and they're still not there I saw the message about it thought they were downloading not sure if it was interrupted or what when I go to check for new contents it says I already have the latest?

HYPERTIGAR123&nbsp; Please open Documents &gt; Electronic Arts &gt; The Sims 4 and delete the content folder.&nbsp; Then load the game and, if the SDX download doesn't start on its own, check for new content again.&nbsp; Give it a minute or two to download, quit, and reload the game.
The content may not show as new, so you'll need to search for it manually.
