Hello, The new sims delivery items didn't show up in my cas or I can't see the items and I've tried to restart it a few times and repaired and restore default and they're still not there I saw the me...

HYPERTIGAR123 Please open Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 and delete the content folder. Then load the game and, if the SDX download doesn't start on its own, check for new content again. Give it a minute or two to download, quit, and reload the game.
The content may not show as new, so you'll need to search for it manually.
