Sims don't dress selves, random nudity, and baristas showing up at restaurant.

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All current as of 8-24-2019. Every expansion, every stuff pack, etc.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just play the game. Have a child/teen/adult wake up and go to school/work/an audition. They will not automatically change out of their bedclothes before leaving. Have any sim go outside during cold weather and they will not change into the right gear on their own. Have a sim skinny dip. They will not put their clothes back on even when company comes over. Some sims shower naked in the rain on crowded Myshuno lots on their own. Try meeting goals for parties or events. Sometimes all sims on lot will stand frozen and the only way to fix it is to swap between buy/build mode and play mode. Change a cafe into a restaurant. The old barista sim will show up and occupy the waiter's station and prevent the waiter from serving food.

What do you expect to see? I expect my sims to be able to dress themselves for school/work/weather automatically like they used to, before whatever patch broke this function. I expect sims to put on clothes after skinny dipping if the lot does NOT have the "clothing optional" trait. I expect them not to shower randomly on crowded city living lots in the rain. I expect sims to stop freezing in place when trying to achieve party or festival goals. This happens on celebrity set lots too, but you have to wait it out since build mode is disabled there. I expect the lot change to take 100% effect and the barista to stop showing up when I turn a cafe into a restaurant.

Please describe the patch or change you made. It started with the release of Island Living and has not been fixed.

I've seen numerous reports of these exact bugs but no solution. Please fix your coding before focusing on new content =\. Happy customers who know they can trust their game not to break when buying a new expansion are more likely to buy the new expansion.
