KindlyKostas I would suggest disabling the EA App, Edge, OneNote, and Steam on startup. The EA App and Steam at least can be disabled on startup in their settings, so you don't need to do it in the Task Manager. The idea here is to free up resources for Sims 4. Your computer is using almost 5 GB RAM at startup, which is a lot and leaves not much for the game, especially since the graphics chip will also borrow from memory to do its processing.
Separately, do you have any use for OneDrive? If not, I'd suggest getting rid of it, but that's a whole process; you can't simply turn it off. In case you're interested:
