Dine out pack doesn't work

Hi!

While in the restaurant, my Sims  have no options associated with Dine Out pack: "book table", "sit at the table", "order" etc.
 I have mods, but starting the game without them changes nothing. They are all up to date.
I have checked other topics, but I found no solutions. I used to be able to play it without issues back in september 2025.
