game broken after update

hello, today 02/02/25 i updated my game (28/01/ 25 update) and my game is completely broken (see photos below). i have all my gameplay and aesthetic mods uninstalled and i've restarted my game multiple times please help :(

dabkwska Please try playing in a clean user folder. Move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop. When you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content. (Your saves and other content will be intact in the folder you've moved but temporarily unread by the game.) Don't add anything to the new folder yet; just load the game and have a look around.

If any of these issues are still present, please clear the EA App's cache:

https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/clear-cache-to-fix-problems-with-your-games/

and repair the game: EA App > Sims 4 > Manage > Repair.

ok i was having alot of every ones same problems. i created a new folder just like PUZZLZADDICT said and it helped but didn't fix it. what also fixed it for me is i had to go in to my windows security and reallow the game to have access to modify folder information. after that when i tried to load sims up it worked perfect my save is there all my mods are there im talking 6plus years of work. they should have it were its NOT forcing us to update it incase we dont wanna go threw all this trouble just to play it.
