Try removing your custom content and see if it still crashes.
If it does, could you post your Computer's DxDiag?
To gather a DxDiag on your computer, please follow the steps here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/pc/how-to-gather-dxdiag-information/
You can attach the txt file to your post directly.
If not, you'll need to find the custom content that causes the crashes

Okay so I briefly removed all of the custom content from my game and were able to add both the vampire and the alien. Now I have a 2012 MacBook Pro laptop where I play, so how to I figure out the problematic CC? Thank you very much.
