SIMS PACKS NOT BEING RECOGNISED
So I tried to load my game to play and it is saying I dont own any of the packs?? Then when I tried to play anyways to see what would happen its saying to preorder??? Pls just le me play

Okay, here is my situation. I checked all my saves. They are all there. But when I got to play my game it asks me what save I want to play. I choose the one on top, the most recent, but it says I am missing 14 packs. I am NOT missing 14 packs. I checked Steam and it says they are all in my library. How do I fix this?
EA/The Sims is currently down for a majority if not everyone at the moment. It’s all over social media.
