Sims pets Spay/Neuter

Hello EA i seem to be having a problem every time i try to spay and neuter my pets its takes forever and doesnt work at all its not letting me can you fix this please all i want is to fix my pets in ...

    Hi @levanmariechaos

    are you using any mods/cc in your game ? If so, try removing that to see if you have the same issue.

      No I don't have any mods I had this problem since I got the expansion pack

        What happens exactly ? Do they just stand around frozen ? Could you maybe record a video of what you're seeing ?
