Sims save and new game not loading just a white screen

Hi so I go into my screen and it looks like this 

Then when i go into my load it asks me to pick a season I pick one and then it says choose a residential world and it's an all white screen. I removed all my mods and ccs and repaired the game and it is still doing it. 

Then when I try and start a new game it shows this . I am not really sure what to do. The game is updated and so are my drivers. Uninstalling and reinstalling didn't work. Any ideas?

    ValorVuitton  Are you still seeing this issue?  If so, please try playing in a clean user folder.  Move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop.  When you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content.  (Your saves and other content will be intact in the folder you've moved but temporarily unread by the game.)  Don't add anything to the new folder yet; just start a new save and see how it works.
