Sims server overloaded?

I have been trying to download my Sims 4 game for 24 hours now and the servers say they are still overloaded. When will this issue be resolved? I was patient yesterday, but I am losing my patience today. I have made sure my firewall isn't in the way and my proxies are off. Is there any other tricks, something I may be missing, or when will this issue be resolved. It sucks to pay money for something then have to sit around and wait to use it.
