Sims Sessions Clothing Locked Despite Being Purchased
As the title says, my sim purchased t-shirts from the Sims Sessions vendors, but now I can't change his outfit because all the shirts are locked again. How can I unlock them?

It looks like you only bought the Joy T-shirt. You needed to buy all to have them unlocked.
@jpkarlsen No, I purchased all of them and if you look closely you can see that all the color variations of the Joy t-shirt are locked as well. If I choose another shirt, the Joy t-shirt is completely locked. See the attached screenshot.
