Sims sleep issues after Cats and dogd

I have an issue with The Sims 4 that is driving me crazy at the moment. They won't sleep. They will only sleep for about an hour or so sim time and get up again. Because of this they are always tired and they won't do stuff. It is not mods, I disabled all mods and scripts in the menu to test if it happened without them and it  still does. I only started noticing this since installing Cats and Dogs. Another strange thing I noticed since installing it is my female sim stands up to pee and she does it without me even queuing it. I have my game set that they don't do anything unless I make them, so she did it on her own even though I disabled that in the game settings. I tried repairing the game too and it didn't help.
