Sims stuck in windowed mode

The Game is stuck in Windowed Mode. I’ve tried everything but it’s stuck like this and I don’t know any other option to fix it. Any help will be greatly appreciated

    Tested this on my Ultra Widescreen, and it is just how the game works.
