Sims will no longer cook when food is in bowl

My sim will no longer continue cooking, if cooking the food includes a bowl at some point. Its really annoying since it just wastes money every time i try and she wont do it. It also makes A LOT of m...

Did you ever figure out what happen? I am having this issue right now in 2018. No cc and still not able to cook..
