Sims won’t do any toilet/sink actions

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? The bugs occur when I try to have my Sims use the bathroom, take a shower, wash their hands, take out the trash.
What happens when the bug occurs? When I click on any of the toilet interactions the “can’t go there” thought bubble pops up and they won’t go to the destination but they have easy access to it. It happens with the toilets, sinks, showers, trash cans. They won’t even pick up the laundry and put it in the washing machine.
What do you expect to see? Sims should go take a shower or go use the bathroom until their hygiene is full or bladder is empty.
