weird lines have been all over my screen and I don’t know how to get rid of them

@Jacksam2102 Please try switching among fullscreen, windowed fullscreen, and windowed modes, to see whether the lines disappear in any of them. In fullscreen, try enabling vertical sync as well.
If that doesn't help, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.
