I bought it years ago on steam, last year i got EA PLAY PRO now i dont and sims 4 got removed from my EA APP library, but i still have it on steam and can install it but i can not start it. What can ...

That sounds like the live support team would need to re-add The Sims 4 to your account. This isn't something we can do for you over the forums, but the live support team can take a look and get this sorted for you.
