Skin glitch after updating

Same issue for me.  All of the Sims were red/white & question marked except the child.  I tried another household, same issue.  I exited without saving and did a repair of the game.  (I also launched the update for the Create a Sim Demo just in case it was related.)  I reloaded the game and my Sim in play mode was normal, however the profile pic was still red/white/question-marked.    I don't have any mods and don't use CC.    Annoying because this is the game I started after the update in October corrupted my game - hope they issue a fix and I don't have to scrap this one, too.  

Is it just on your existing game or also on a new one (testing purposes) ?

Crinrict - just the existing game.  Created a new game today and everything was normal in that game.  

It seems to be only households in San Myshuno - no other worlds were affected that I could tell.  And, not every household in San Myshuno - only a few.  Some I have played and some I have not.  Updated my post to include DxDiag (hope I did that correctly).  

Update - RESOLVED

I posted in the Sims Forum also and rosemow suggested I try resetting my Sims 4 Folder.  I did that and it fixed whatever the problem is/was - all of my Sims are all back to normal.   I will still send you my Saves file if you want it SimsGuruNick in case it helps to figure out what happened to begin with - I have it saved in a separate folder on my desktop.

Those are the most likely culprits

@ibshaun Sorry for the late reply but yeah, I'd definitely still love your save files so we can hopefully prevent things like this in the future. Thanks much!

Please zip up this folder: documents\electronicarts\thesims4\saves and drop the file to this Mediafire-Link to upload.

Please make sure to name the zip file with your user name.
