Skin tone changes during game play

How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
What is your current game version number? 1.56.52.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? all except Realm of Magic, Spooky Day, Luxury Party, Moschimo, and Island Living
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know if it'll work but all I did was have them excavate together or just be at the jungle part.
What happens when the bug occurs? Their faces change colors but the rest of their skin doesn't change
What do you expect to see? the skin tone correct.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
I pressed the windows button to report this while the game is paused. I went back to retrieve the version via the cheat code and when I looked at their faces they went back to normal. Weird. If it happens again I'll update this with a picture.
