08bn8xh0w5vt The BlueScreens in your dxdiag point to an issue with a driver, but not which one. Are you getting BSODs while playing Sims 4, or in other contexts? And if not in Sims 4, are you thinking that your computer shut down due to overheating?
If you think the problem is overheating, limit the in-game framerates to 60 and see whether that helps. There's a frameratelimit setting in Options.ini which you can edit to your liking. I'm not saying you can't play at higher fps in general, only that this is a quick and easy test.
