I found the problem !!!!!!!
I unchecked the ''uncompressed Sim Textures'' and voila !
brubruQC1998 Are you saying that the game is sluggish when the sims are appearing on the lot? Or are you saying the game is sluggish when it's trying to create new inactive sims? In either case, does the game recover afterwards, back to its usual performance, or does it stay sluggish?
Please test this in a new save, in one of the base game worlds, on a default EA-made lot, and don't add any content from the Gallery or your own library, or any mods or custom content.
For reference, please also provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
