Small Business stalling

I started a small photography studio in Mt. Komorebi, Wakaba district. Pretty pictures of the mountain, no entrance fee (no entrance pillar at all), just photographs for sale at standard prices. Everything was going well for the first week. Then sims just started showing up and doing nothing but looking at their phones.

Have I reached some sort of ethical limit on how many photographs I can sell?
