Pause the game when a Sim gets a phone call
Basically the title. Is there a setting so the game automatically pauses when a sim gets a phone call, even if its not the selcected sim?

Not that I am aware of. Why do you need the game to pause for a phone call? Just curious.
Just hit 0 when you get a call. Or whatever is the equivalent on console.
