Hello!
Recently, when I play with the sims 4 seasons during winter time, the snow does not appear on the ground, I can see and hear the snow falling but the ground stays its regular cover and doesn't turn white at all. I tried everything, from removing my mods and CC to trying to see if snow appears in different worlds, however nothing is working.
Would someone please help me, it would be greatly appreciated?

Please also post a screenshot of your in-game graphics settings. Open the settings, put the game into windowed mode, and use Windows key-shift-S to take a screenshot.

@ErimPlayz There's nothing obvious in your dxdiag, in fact there are a suspiciously low number of errors. Did you recently factory-reset your laptop, or do a clean install of Windows? That would explain the lack of errors.
Additionally, does this problem happen if you use the laptop's internal display rather than the external monitor? Please test and let me know either way.
