[SOLVED!] Weird Bug - INTERFACE/LOADING/WORLD MAP RELATED? (WITH VIDEO)

Greetings!

5 days ago I played my Sims 4 as always.
I have been building a home for my soon to be married couple.

Today, I can't play because this weird bug/glitch won't let me choose the household, nor leave the map world. You can check it out in this video:

I tried to find solutions for this, but I can't seem to find anything at all. And I lack ideas for which would be the keywords (even in my native language), so I apologize if this has been solved before.

Windows 8
I don't use mods.
I do use cheats for locked & hidden objects.

Game is up to date, also repaired.
Un&Re-Install has yet to be done. (Want it to be my last option)
