There are many people affected with this, it will often be broken cc in your game, you can try finding which one is the culprit with Luniver Sims, Tray Importer to list all cc on the Sim. (loading and testing your game each time, along with deleting the localthumbcache file)
If no cc in your game: here is a post by Crinrict on the subject of Shiny Sims, and settings for your game to (hopefully) fix it.

Thank you so much ! It was a pair of pants that I used fr my Sim ! And I'm glad to know about Tray Importer because now, I've cleaned all the broken cc/mods from my mods folder ! Also, now, I'm able to share my houses with my friends without having to put them in the online library !
