aey1jj594l0m Your computer is more than sufficient to run (and load) Sims 4 as well as the game can be run. So I doubt this is hardware-related, especially if you don't see any other performance issues.
Do you use mods or custom content, and if so, does it help to remove the Mods folder? You don't need to save your progress, or even load a save; just load to the Main Menu and quit.
If that doesn't help, does it make a difference to put the EA App in offline mode before launching the game? That could be the issue, not the game itself but the connection to EA servers.
Ultimately though, you don't need to worry about this issue if it's the only problem you're seeing.

hello, i have no mods or CC, i tried to make EA app offline, but it didnt changed anything. i remember EA sometimes popped up sAying cant connect to servers or so. in fact i hope that grey thing is just small buf of update, yesterday while editing newer family in cas game did kind of freezed,, closing process in windows helped but no progress was lost. today playing is good again
