Summarize your bug Purchased sims 4 city living from a 3rd party and redeemed the code in the EA app as normal. EA App is not showing the pack as owned (have the option to purchase again through app) and is not showing up in my library under add ons for Sims 4. However, in the actual game it is showing that I own the pack but that it needs to download, however as not showing owned in EA I cannot do this! Have tried multiple times to repair game, clear cache on EA app, uninstalled and reinstalled EA App and restarted computer. How do I resolve this??

What happens when the bug occurs? I am unable to download content I own as EA app is not acknowledging that I own the pack
What do you expect to see? I expect to see the pack as owned in the EA app, with the pack showing as an add on in the sims 4 library and available to download
