Hi, so i have a problem, i was playing the SIMS 4 when actually something from 'city life' appeared, then i realized it was on discount and i was like, why not? im buying it, so i did, and then i closed the game after i recieved the reciept through mail and everything, but it doesnt show on EA that ive got it, it just says "purchase", then when i got on the sims 4 again, it said, and i quote "Pack Downloading in progress" so i was like, okay, i left it for like, idk, 2 hours? and i was like alr im sure it downloaded already, so i restarted the game, and now when i open it, an IMAGE pops up and it just says i OWN the pack, but its not downloaded, in fact it says "remember me? Discover new experiences with the city living pack!" and when i click on it it says "you already own this" (before anyone suggests it, yes, i did go on the ea app and went into 'manage expansion packs' under the sims game) what do i do?
