Stonestreet Apartments (Eco Living) crash/bug

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? Last version
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Non entering the building.
What happens when the bug occurs? I can't enter the building.
What do you expect to see? Enter the building
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. Last Sims 4 Patch

When trying to enter Stonestreet apartments, I get the following image and I can't enter the apartments.

    Start troubleshooting by repairing the game through Origin.

    1. Close the game

    2. Right-Click on the game in Origin

    3. Hit Repair game.

    Has this issue been resolved? I am still having this issue when trying to create my own savefile.
